Information Services Technical Support provides communications services to the College in a wide range of areas.

The Help Desk is usually a good place to start for computer help and networking problems.

The Help Desk is staffed at the following times:

ACADEMIC YEAR

Monday - Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - Midnight
Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.

SEMESTER AND SUMMER BREAKS

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
